This rubble stone building was built in 1842 following the authentic cobblestone structure construction of the time; however, because of the use of rubble stone with exterior exposure instead of cobblestone, it does not qualify as an authentic cobblestone structure. It is documented in two sources: Item No. 37, 1977 Cobblestone Tour Map and structure information, and very likely Item No. 1 in "Cobblestones in Town Ridgeway".
